Exhibition
The i2010 for European Regions & Cities Exhibition is focused on showcasing innovation funded by different funding mechanisms at a regional, national and European level.
The exhibition offers a chance to meet and explore the work of some of the presenters of projects in the conference sessions. Exhibitors include innovative companies, regional governments, universities and the European Commission. Most will demonstrate software and projects using the wireless internet set up throughout the conference exhibition.

Venue
The exhibition will take place in the main atrium of the same building as the conference, i.e., the Regional Centre Olomouc (RCO), Jeremenkova Street 40b, 779 11 Olomouc, Czech Republic.

Stand Equipment
All exhibitors are provided with the following equipment: Table (60 x 120 cm), 2 chairs, 1 partition (dimensions 1 x 2,50m) to hang posters, electricity connection (2 power points for computers (appliances that require more than 230V, 16A should be discussed with organizers) and WIFI Internet access.
Parking
It is possible to offload and load materials for the Exhibition stands directly at the venue. Underground parking is available in the vicinity of the venue.
Assembly and dismantling of the stand
Tables, chairs and partitions will be available on Monday 25 from 12:00 to facilitate stand set-up by exhibitors from 12:00 to 18:00 on Monday 25 September and from 7:00 to 8:00Tuesday 26 September. All materials and equipment should be removed between 13:00 to 17:00 on Wednesday 27 September.
Security
A Security service will guard the exhibition area outside conference hours on Monday and Tuesday evening. During the conference (Tuesday 25 from 8:00 to 17:00, Wednesday 26 from 9:00) the exhibitors are responsible for all materials and equipment on the stands.
