Please note that all delegates who have paid their conference registration by bank transfer should bring a copy of the bank transfer receipt with them to Olomouc to verify that their registration has been paid prior to the conference. Please remember to request this document from your financial department before travelling so you have it with you to facilitate onsite registration.

The conference fee includes:

Hotel Accommodation can also be booked online. It is possible to register for the conference and go back through registration using your existing log in details to book accommodation when you have finalised travel arrangements. Hotel accommodation can only be confirmed upon receipt of the associated payment.
